Claudia Saenz Amlie joined BIZ TV in December of 2010 as Chief Administrative Officer. In addition to her duties at BIZ TV, Claudia is an attorney and Chief Compliance Officer of Lighthouse Investment Partners and former Chief Administrative Officer of Workflow Management. As an attorney in private practice, she counseled emerging companies and entrepreneurs as well as venture capital firms. Claudia has always enjoyed working with small business and believes it to be the driver of our country’s economic prosperity.      

Karsten Amlie joined BIZ TV in December of 2010 as Senior Vice President. In addition to his responsibilities for BIZ TV in distribution, program acquisition and new business development, Karsten also runs Affiliate Relations Advisors, LLC, the exclusive affiliate sales representative for ShopNBC and Azteca America. Karsten is a former programming executive with Time Warner Cable and Paxson Communications, now Ion Media. Karsten is also a practicing attorney in Florida and entrepreneur, owning several small businesses.   

Francisco Cuevas is an award winning Art Director with over 25 years of broadcast and print design experience. He began his career in 1985 as a graphic designer at Dynamedia in Los Angeles, California. Francisco then served at KVEA, Telemundo’s flagship station in Los Angeles. As Art Director he oversaw the News graphics, on-air promotion and designed sets for local programming. As a freelance Art Director, he designed print and on-air graphics for all three major Spanish television stations in Los Angeles; KMEX, KVEA and KWHY. Francisco later joined Turner Broadcasting as Art Director for TNT and Cartoon Network Latin America and then became the Art Director for the UNIVISION Network based in Miami, Florida. Francisco has designed the look of several networks such as: Q Television Network, HTVN, Univision, American Life Network, Get Legal TV, Biz Television Network, YMC Your Music Channel.

Lisa McKibben joined BIZ TV in July of 2009. Currently serving as our Vice President of Programming, Lisa brings a wealth of experience in production and talent coordination. Her experience as an on-air and voice over talent has been featured on Sirius satellite radio, CNN radio and Clear Channel Communications just to name a few. Lisa comes to BIZ TV from CNN radio where she still hosts a weekly business and technology program, Everything Internet, which explores the diversity of utilizing the internet to promote and grow businesses. Lisa’s extensive background and professional media experience, provides her with valuable resources for coordinating and implementing the great lineup of programming that makes up BIZ TV. Overseeing the coordination of programming, Lisa brings a unique perspective, knowing firsthand the needs and demands that are placed on programmers and talent by networks. Having Lisa on the BIZ TV team helps the network ensure the highest level of professional attention and service for our network contributors.

Rebecca Rodriguez joins BIZ TV after more than twenty years as an award winning television journalist. Rebecca worked as a correspondent for CNN and Fox News Channel before becoming a news anchor and reporter in Dallas, where she worked for more than half her career. Prior to that Rebecca worked in Seattle and Austin. In 2006 Rebecca left WFAA-TV to launch her own communications company, Ciano Media, which specializes in bilingual public relations campaigns and video production. Rebecca is a frequently requested public speaker who is also active in a number of professional and civic organizations.  She currently serves as President of the National Board of Directors for the Carole Kneeland Project for Responsible Journalism and is a member of the Advisory Council for the Young Women's Leadership Academy in Fort Worth.

Fer Loera is a co-founder of Kali Interactive. He has over 15 years of TV Postproduction & Web development experience. He has provided post-production and web development services for Voom HD Networks, Coca-Cola, Univision, Telemundo, 7 ELEVEN, LULAC, LCLAA, Nike México, MVS Comunicaciones México, EsMastv Televisa México among many others.
